Rodrigo is Partner and Founder of New Ventures and Adobe Capital, the first impact investment fund in Mexico. He has been a key player in the  development of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Latin America. He holds an MBA from RMIT University in Australia.

Daniela Pacheco

Daniela Pacheco
Principal

Daniela has more than 10 years’ experience working with high impact entrepreneurs. She started her career at Endeavor, where she found her purpose to support companies’ scale. Her path includes working within tech startups; to obtaining a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from USC, and working in venture capital funds in portfolio management.

Laura has over 7 years experience in the social services sector, in education and psychology, as well as in LatAm’s entrepreneur ecosystem, doing business development. Currently, Laura pursues her passion of catalyzing business for social impact through her position as Chief of Staff at New Ventures and as the Empodera fund portfolio manager. Laura holds an MBA from IPADE in México City, México.

Investment Officer

Matteo is the Senior Investment Associate for New Ventures Capital, the investment arm of New Ventures. He has experience in corporate finance and investment strategies, and currently oversees the implementation of the Botnar Foundation investment program in Colombia. He holds a degree of Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.

Juan Pablo has over 3 years of experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Mexico and Latin America. Currently, Juan Pablo serves as Investment Analyst at New Ventures Capital, supporting the financial analysis and capacity building implementation for Empodera 360. He holds a Finance major from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Investment Analyst

Prior to joining the team, Camilo worked at a boutique investment banking firm where he supported in sector and financial analysis, monitoring evolution of macroeconomic indicators and financial modeling. Currently, Camilo serves as an Investment Analyst in New Ventures Capital. Camilo holds a BBA from Pontífica Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.
